The first consultation
Each management begins with a consultation with the doctor, who identifies imbalances and defines the appropriate therapies and care. Women will be followed by a doctor and a therapist and men by a male doctor and a male therapist.
During the consultation, the doctor asks questions about:
✓ your daily diet (allergies, quality of appetite…)Â
✓ past and current diseases.
✓ events or accidents.
✓ the quality of your sleep, stools, or urine…Â
✓ the pains, the state of mind and the quality of your thoughts…Â
✓ what you have noticed.
Pulse, tongue colour, skin, nails… are also useful indications. You can also bring your latest analyses and current treatments to complete the diagnosis.
After the first consultation,
the doctor will determine the necessary therapies/procedures and care; guide the therapist in his/her body approach (massage) and select the best herbs/plants and medicinal oils for a complete treatment. An outfit will be provided to you to dress before and after the treatment.
Care cannot therefore be decided before the first consultation and the final cost of your cure will therefore depend on this consultation.
Therapies/procedures, care, diet
They will be prescribed to nourish the body, reduce excesses and thus tend to balance. They can be administered by sweating or oleation (oil), astringent or drying (powder); encompass the whole body or targeted on a part… It all depends on your condition and constitution. Diet and medicinal herbs are prepared to support the body from the inside.
Daily follow-up allows the doctor and therapist to adjust as needed.
Every day, you receive as follows:
✓ the appropriate care(s) and according to the duration recommended by the doctor.
✓ three meals.
✓ medicinal herbs or plants and other recommended supplements.
✓ the doctor’s support.
After cure (recommendations, supplements…)
A check-up is carried out before the end of your stay and allows the doctor to give you recommendations to follow at home and to prescribe herbs/plants that you can buy before leaving.
Provide space in your luggage and a budget for herbs/plants, some of which will only be available in India!
Cures and panchakarma
Treatments can be offered for stays ranging from 7 days to several weeks. The panchakarma is the most intensive and long cure (40 to 50 days).
The longer the cure, the more it allows a thorough cleaning.
On short-term cures, the doctor will preferably target a work area such as stress management, weight loss… in order to be able to focus the benefits of care.
