Description

It is a process of cleansing the body with 5 major procedures of Ayurveda called as
1. Vamana – Emesis
2. Virechana – Purgation
3. Anuvasana Basti – Oil Enema
4. Kashaya Basti – Decoction Enema
5. Nasya – Nasal instillations
Initially body is prepared for the cleansing as a part of pre procedure, here the digestion and metabolism is improves and later Snehapana (Drinking medicated ghee/ oil) in increasing dose for 3 – 7 days as per prakruthi (body constitution) is done, later the doshas or toxins that has been moved from different tissues are removed out with the help of panchakarma.
Panchakarma is individualistic and is decided different in each step as per person condition which includes his body constitution, disease, age etc factors.

1Anyone who wants to take care of your body mind and soul and optimise your health to it’s maximum can undergo panchakarma.

2. An Ayurveda doctor will do a complete consultation and understand your lifestyle, disease condition, your body constitution which includes pulse examination and certain investigation if required and design an individualized process of panchakarma and medications specially for your body type.

3. You will be following the procedures which includes different treatments in each stages of panchakarma.

4. You will follow proper diet and lifestyle recommendation as prescribed by your doctor during your stay.

5. Delicious panchakarma diet will be provided 3 times a day and you will follow the same diet.

6. Your complete dedication and involvement is very much necessary for the procedure to be very successful until the end for positive changes in you.
