Per session price (6$ for 1 hour session, 9 $ for 1.30 minutes session)

Each session includes Posture training, Meditation and Breath work.

We recommend a minimum of 14 days of sessions to experience significant improvements in posture correction, breathwork, and meditation training. This duration allows for a deeper connection to the practice, enabling you to build a strong foundation for better alignment, enhanced breathing techniques, and mindfulness. Regular practice over this period will help you gain lasting benefits and progress in your overall well-being.

HOW IT IS DONE:

1. Consultation

The doctor begins by discussing your current condition, evaluating your overall health and any existing health concerns. Following this, the yoga teacher assesses your posture and identifies any medical contraindications, if applicable, to create a safe and complementary physical activity plan. Throughout the session, the teacher carefully evaluates the safety and suitability of each yoga pose, making precise adjustments tailored to your individual needs and circumstances.

2.  Training sessions

We then move on to teaching and practicing Hatha Yoga techniques and postures, which can be done on the floor, a yoga mat, or even a chair or table, depending on your needs. The teacher provides guidance tailored to your goals, covering subjects like yoga philosophy, breathing exercises (pranayama), postures (asanas), meditation, and more, ensuring you can incorporate these practices into your daily life. The teacher adapts to your pace, addresses any questions, and modifies the postures to enhance their effectiveness for you.

3.Recommendations for Individual Practice and Follow-up

At the end of sessions, the teacher provides you with written instructions and visual reminders of the techniques you’ve learned, allowing you to practice them at home. Based on your individual needs, your teacher may create an action plan to encourage regular practice. Over a series of follow-up sessions, your teacher supports you in developing a comprehensive and personalized therapeutic yoga routine, adjusting it as needed to align with your progress and any challenges that arise. By the end of this process, you will have gained the confidence and independence to incorporate yoga into your daily life, enhancing your overall health and well-being.
